Getting to the start
Jeju Airport
제주공항
Public transport here is genuinely awkward. Allow extra time.
Take a westbound express bus from Jeju Airport to the Sanbangsan stop, then walk about ten minutes to the ticket office; Sanbangsan and the Yongmeori coast sit together. It closes frequently with the tide and swell, so check before you set out. If it is shut, Sanbangsan itself is what is left.

A waterfall you reach on foot from town, and a cliff of hexagonal columns where lava met the sea. On Jeju's south coast this is the pairing with the least walking.
