KTX from Yongsan to Suncheon, then a city bus to the wetland. The viewpoint is over an hour there and back on foot, so allow time. The reeds are at their best in autumn.

    A coastal wetland of reed beds and tidal flats, the largest in the country and a Ramsar site. A boardwalk cuts through the reeds, and from the Yongsan viewpoint you see the round channels the tide has cut into the mud. The viewpoint is over an hour there and back on foot.
