Getting to the start

Change to bus 37 or 10-5 at Sanggal Station (Suin-Bundang line) Exit 3. The same buses run from Suwon Station Exit 4, and bus 1560 from Gangnam Station goes direct to the village entrance. Check the performance schedule and time your arrival around it.

   A whole Joseon-era village built out, with tightrope walking and horseback martial arts performed a few times a day. Costumed performers stay in character, so you can talk to them. The grounds are large — half a day is not really enough.
